5 Pillars Health provides doctor-led health coaching and educational resources. This website does not offer emergency care. In an immediate emergency in the UK, call 999. Outside the UK, contact your local emergency service.

Your information

Your account details, health reflections, questionnaires, diaries and booking requests are stored in our private database. Sensitive health records are encrypted at rest and access is limited to you and authorised team members. External questionnaire reviewers can see blank forms and review comments, never patient answers.

We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. Staff access and account administration are recorded in a restricted audit log.

Your choices

Share only information that you want the team to consider. Faith reflections and research consent are optional. You can view and delete your diary entries in your account. Contact the team to request an account export or deletion and discuss any clinical records that must be retained.

Clinical safety

Questionnaire scores and foundation maps are reflection aids, not diagnoses. The website is not monitored for urgent or crisis messages. Advice in articles may not be appropriate for your circumstances; seek individual medical advice before changing treatment.

Bookings and payments

A booking request is provisional until the team confirms it. Paid event registration is unavailable until a payment provider and applicable booking terms are configured. No payment information is collected here.

Temporary website & booking terms

These temporary terms apply to the 5 Pillars Health website and booking requests. Educational resources and screening questionnaires support a conversation with a clinician; they do not provide a diagnosis, emergency care or a guarantee of a particular health outcome. A booking request is provisional until the team confirms the time, format and any fee. No payment is taken through this website. Any fee, cancellation charge or refund condition must be explained and agreed before a paid booking is accepted. To change or cancel a request, email us as soon as you can. If we cancel a confirmed appointment, we will offer an alternative time or refund any fee paid for that appointment. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights. Use your account privately, keep your password secure and provide information you believe is accurate. Contact us with questions or complaints.
